Ce mauvais pli est tellement ancr\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019\u00e9meut plus grand monde sous nos cieux. Mais l\u2019Office de radio et t\u00e9l\u00e9vision du Mali (Ortm) a, semble-t-il, d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre le hol\u00e0 \u00e0 cette pratique n\u00e9faste en son sein.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9 radiodiffus\u00e9, dont une copie nous est parvenue, la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Ortm adresse un message sans \u00e9quivoque \u00e0 15 de ses employ\u00e9s, fich\u00e9s aux abonn\u00e9s absents. Ils sont journalistes-r\u00e9alisateurs, ing\u00e9nieurs informaticiens, contr\u00f4leur de l\u2019information, aide op\u00e9rateur, secr\u00e9taire, chauffeur dans le cas pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absents depuis des lustres \u00e0 leurs postes respectifs, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 somm\u00e9s de les r\u00e9int\u00e9grer au plus tard le lundi 25 avril 2022 \u00e0 7 h 30. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, promet le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint, qui signe le communiqu\u00e9, ils s\u2019exposent aux sanctions pr\u00e9vues par la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur. Il est certain que beaucoup de personnes concern\u00e9es par ce communiqu\u00e9 n\u2019ont pas appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la lettre le rappel \u00e0 l\u2019ordre de leur Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour divers motifs, dont un d\u00e9placement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Mais comme le dit le principe universel :&nbsp;<em>\u201cNul n\u2019est cens\u00e9 ignorer la loi\u201d\u2026<\/em>&nbsp;Ce qui est s\u00fbr, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme peut vite devenir probl\u00e9matique pour une entreprise et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nombreux probl\u00e8mes comme l\u2019affaiblissement de la productivit\u00e9 et de la performance. Il en est de m\u00eame du retard, du manque de qualit\u00e9, des mauvais services au client\u2026 Cela peut affecter les \u00e9quipes de travail et la motivation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des autres salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour colmater une telle br\u00e8che, l\u2019entreprise se voit forcer de r\u00e9organiser les collectifs de travail pour combler les absences, souvent \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute. Ce faisant, la charge de travail est redistribu\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u2019autres salari\u00e9s, ce qui n\u2019est pas toujours appr\u00e9ci\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En d\u00e9cidant de mettre un coup de pied dans la fourmili\u00e8re absent\u00e9isme en son sein, l\u2019Ortm veut surtout d\u00e9montrer que, loin du brouhaha, il est possible de b\u00e2tir le Mali Kura par doses hom\u00e9opathiques.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La R\u00e9daction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le cri de c\u0153ur de Fousseyni Ma\u00efga&nbsp;: \u201cOrtm, la mal\u00e9diction du m\u00e9rite\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nandi.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Fousseyni-Maiga-300x200-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5093\" width=\"480\" height=\"320\"\/><figcaption>Fousseyni-Maiga<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Le bon manager, le dirigeant chanceux et le gestionnaire responsable privil\u00e9gient d\u2019abord et avant tout la comp\u00e9tence, la loyaut\u00e9, la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur de leur structure, au d\u00e9triment s\u2019il le faut des int\u00e9r\u00eats corporatistes et claniques. Cette notion int\u00e8gre bien entendu des crit\u00e8res subjectifs, laiss\u00e9s au libre arbitre du dirigeant, pour justifier certains choix et d\u2019autres d\u00e9cisions : je parle ici d\u2019un principe universel et des exceptions qui le sous-tendent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019Ortm, malheureusement, les qualit\u00e9s comme la comp\u00e9tence, le franc-parler, la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 sont en train d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9rig\u00e9s en d\u00e9fauts pour mettre sur le carreau certains agents. De nombreux cadres comp\u00e9tents, \u00e0 tous les niveaux du service, sont injustement \u00e9cart\u00e9s ou sous-utilis\u00e9s pour des raisons inavou\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour permettre \u00e0 l\u2019Ortm d\u2019\u00eatre comp\u00e9titif sur le plan sous r\u00e9gional et de r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux attentes de ses t\u00e9l\u00e9spectateurs, il convient de valoriser les comp\u00e9tences et mettre fin \u00e0 cette injustice qui consiste \u00e0 classifier certains agents en fonction des affinit\u00e9s ou des appr\u00e9hensions caricatur\u00e9es de certains laquais, incomp\u00e9tents et racontars de mauvaise augure, qui ne brillent que par leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pourfendre les autres ou flatter l\u2019\u00e9go des ROIS du jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aujourd&rsquo;hui Mali<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019absent\u00e9isme dans l\u2019administration, obstacle au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et social d\u2019un pays, est une gangr\u00e8ne presqu\u2019inextricable au Mali.
