Le d\u00e9veloppement de partenariats solides et la mobilisation strat\u00e9gique des ressources apparaissent d\u00e9sormais comme des leviers incontournables pour atteindre ces objectifs. C\u2019est dans cette optique que le projet LUCEG a organis\u00e9 sa derni\u00e8re activiune session de formation d\u00e9di\u00e9e au d\u00e9veloppement de partenariats et \u00e0 la mobilisation des financements. Tenu du 17 au 20 f\u00e9vrier 2026 au si\u00e8ge du Conseil National de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile \u00e0 Faladi\u00e8, l\u2019atelier a r\u00e9uni une trentaine de participants issus des organisations partenaires, sous la facilitation du Cabinet Dafina Consulting.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Cette initiative visait \u00e0 doter les OSC partenaires d\u2019outils pratiques et de strat\u00e9gies efficaces pour diversifier leurs sources de financement, renforcer leur cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 institutionnelle et consolider les acquis du projet LUCEG. L\u2019objectif final est de leur permettre de poursuivre durablement les actions de sensibilisation, de communication et de plaidoyer contre les pratiques corruptives et discriminatoires touchant particuli\u00e8rement les femmes, les filles et les groupes vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Durant quatre jours d\u2019\u00e9changes et d\u2019exercices pratiques, les participants ont approfondi leur compr\u00e9hension du partenariat en tant que relation structur\u00e9e, fond\u00e9e sur la confiance, le respect mutuel et la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences. Selon le formateur, Dramane Yacouba Diallo, les organisations peuvent nouer des alliances strat\u00e9giques avec les institutions publiques, les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, les partenaires techniques et financiers, le secteur priv\u00e9, les m\u00e9dias ou encore les organisations communautaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Les discussions ont \u00e9galement mis en lumi\u00e8re le fait que la mobilisation des ressources ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 la recherche de financements. Elle englobe l\u2019ensemble des moyens humains, techniques, mat\u00e9riels et financiers n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre efficace des projets. L\u2019exercice interactif du partenariat, a permis d\u2019illustrer concr\u00e8tement les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s au manque de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 ou de ressources, \u00e0 travers des cas pratiques, les participants ont appris \u00e0 analyser leur environnement, identifier les acteurs cl\u00e9s et transformer leurs intentions de collaboration en un engagement formel et strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Quant \u00e0 Oumar S\u00e9nou, le mod\u00e9rateur du Cabinet Dafina Consulting pour sa part, a clarifi\u00e9 la distinction entre collaboration et partenariat, selon lui si la collaboration peut \u00eatre ponctuelle, souple et limit\u00e9e \u00e0 un projet pr\u00e9cis, le partenariat, quant \u00e0 lui, s\u2019inscrit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans la dur\u00e9e et il implique notamment un partage plus structur\u00e9 des responsabilit\u00e9s, des ressources et des risques autour d\u2019objectifs communs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Cette session de formation a permis aux OSC de renforcer leurs comp\u00e9tences et de mieux appr\u00e9hender les enjeux strat\u00e9giques li\u00e9s aux partenariats et \u00e0 la mobilisation des ressources. Elle s\u2019est cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e par la remise des attestations aux participants, qui a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape importante vers la consolidation et la durabilit\u00e9 des actions engag\u00e9es, et les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires aussi de cette formation ont remerci\u00e9 le projet LUCEG pour son engagement sans faille envers les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Youma
