Elle va mettre en comp\u00e9tition les acteurs de la cha\u00eene de valeur de la transformation agroalimentaire, alimentation\/restauration sur des cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9s innovantes de menus de mets 100 % locaux dans les diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories de nourritures. Ce concours est bas\u00e9 sur les produits pr\u00e9-transform\u00e9s des interprofessions agricoles. \u00c0 travers des recettes prim\u00e9es lors de cette comp\u00e9tition, il sera compos\u00e9 un&nbsp;<em>\u00ab Menu complet de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pour le Mali&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
