Cela fait deux mois que Dramane Coulibaly d\u00e9sormais ex-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 malienne de gestion de l\u2019eau potable (Somagep-SA) a \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9 de son poste dans un contexte tendu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Car selon des sources concordantes apr\u00e8s son limogeage, son bureau avait \u00e9t\u00e9 scell\u00e9 par un huissier de justice. Apr\u00e8s cet \u00e9pisode, au niveau de la boite beaucoup s\u2019attendaient \u00e0 la nomination par le ministre de l\u2019Energie et de l\u2019Eau Boubacar Dian\u00e9 d\u2019un nouveau directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour donner un nouveau souffle \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 afin qu\u2019elle puisse faire face aux d\u00e9fis dans ce secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cependant, deux mois apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part de Dramane Coulibaly le nom de son successeur n\u2019est  toujours pas connu. Un fait qui commence \u00e0 impacter sur le  bon fonctionnement de la boite laquelle commence d\u00e9j\u00e0, selon certaines sources, \u00e0 manquer de mat\u00e9riels faute de pouvoir d\u00e9cisionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il se trouve que dans l\u2019organigramme de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint m\u00eame s\u2019il assure l\u2019int\u00e9rim du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ne peut dans certains cas prendre certaines d\u00e9cisions. Il urge donc pour le ministre Dian\u00e9 de trouver au plus vite une solution \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Somagep-SA au risque de plomber la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans la contreperformance.                                                   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
