Ce lundi 27 janvier 2025, le M\u00e9decin G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Brigade Boubacar DEMBELE, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la CANAM, a effectu\u00e9 une visite \u00e0 la Direction en charge des r\u00e9clamations pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement dans le traitement des demandes li\u00e9es aux cartes AMO.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours de cette visite, les techniciens ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un \u00e9tat des lieux d\u00e9taill\u00e9, mettant en avant une nette diminution des r\u00e9clamations. Cette am\u00e9lioration s\u2019explique par le rythme soutenu de la production et de la distribution des cartes AMO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il convient de souligner que les cartes produites sont transmises aux Organismes Gestionnaires D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s (OGD), notamment l\u2019INPS et la CMSS, pour permettre aux assur\u00e9s de les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer rapidement et sans encombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour renforcer ce processus, le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 un Conseiller Technique, charg\u00e9 de suivre de pr\u00e8s la distribution des cartes et de lui en rendre compte chaque semaine. Cette initiative t\u00e9moigne de l\u2019engagement de la CANAM \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer continuellement la qualit\u00e9 de ses services au profit des assur\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
