La Chambre de premi\u00e8re instance X de la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (\u00ab CPI \u00bb ou \u00ab la Cour \u00bb) a condamn\u00e9 Al Hassan Ag Abdoul Aziz Ag Mohamed  \u00e0 10 ans d’emprisonnement ce mardi 20 novembre 2024,  \u00e0 la suite du Jugement de premi\u00e8re instance<\/a> l\u2019ayant d\u00e9clar\u00e9 coupable d\u2019une partie des charges port\u00e9es \u00e0 son encontre concernant des crimes de guerre et crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 commis au Mali \u00e0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

mai 2012 au  29 janvier 2013, dans la cit\u00e9 des 333 saints \u00e0  Tombouctou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La peine peut faire l’objet d’un appel devant la Chambre d’appel de la CPI par l’une ou l’autre des parties \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
