Le motif \u00e9tait unique&nbsp;; d\u00e9noncer les injustices subies par les employ\u00e9s temporaires de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Orange Mali et prendre l\u2019opinion nationale t\u00e9moin de ces faits. Au pr\u00e9sidium, le porte-parole de CSTTOM, Maty Bagayoko, \u00e9tait entour\u00e9 de nombreux travailleurs temporaires, venus exprimer leur m\u00e9contentement face \u00e0 leur situation.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Au sein d\u2019une des entreprises les plus prosp\u00e8res du Mali, une situation dramatique se dessine : des centaines de travailleurs temporaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s, brutalement et sans pr\u00e9avis. Alors que ces employ\u00e9s avaient accept\u00e9 des conditions de travail difficiles, esp\u00e9rant une \u00e9ventuelle r\u00e9gularisation de leur statut, ils se retrouvent aujourd\u2019hui priv\u00e9s de leurs droits les plus fondamentaux&nbsp;\u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 d\u2019entr\u00e9e de jeu le porte-parole Maty Bagayoko. A ses dires, depuis des ann\u00e9es, ces travailleurs temporaires ont endur\u00e9 un environnement de travail pr\u00e9caire, acceptant des contrats irr\u00e9guliers et des conditions souvent d\u00e9plorables dans l\u2019espoir d\u2019une int\u00e9gration durable. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 des ann\u00e9es de d\u00e9vouement, leurs espoirs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 an\u00e9antis lorsque Orange Mali a choisi de mettre fin \u00e0 leurs contrats de mani\u00e8re unilat\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la lumi\u00e8re d\u2019une d\u00e9claration lue par le porte-parole du CSTTOM, il ressort que plus de 1000 employ\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s et n\u2019ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 ni de primes ni d\u2019indemnit\u00e9s. De plus, qu\u2019aucun d\u2019entre eux n\u2019\u00e9tait affili\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Assurance Maladie Obligatoire (AMO) encore moins \u00e0 l\u2019Institut National de Pr\u00e9voyance Sociale (INPS), privant ces travailleurs de la couverture et des protections de base. Ce faisant, M. Bagayogo de d\u00e9crier le fait que certains employ\u00e9s, pourtant pr\u00e9sents depuis plus de 15 ans, se retrouvent ainsi sans s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et sans reconnaissance de leur anciennet\u00e9. Pourtant, dira-t-il, la Direction R\u00e9gionale du Travail (DRT) et la Direction Nationale du Travail (DNT), garantes du respect du droit du travail au Mali, ont, \u00e0 plusieurs reprises adress\u00e9 des injonctions \u00e0 Orange Mali pour r\u00e9gulariser la situation de ces employ\u00e9s. Que malgr\u00e9 tout cela, l\u2019entreprise a persist\u00e9 dans son refus, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant d\u00e9fier la loi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Pourquoi un tel ent\u00eatement ? Alors que d\u2019autres secteurs, tels que le secteur bancaire malien, ont su adopter des solutions \u00e9quitables en int\u00e9grant des travailleurs temporaires, Orange Mali choisit de privil\u00e9gier ses profits aux d\u00e9pens du bien-\u00eatre de ses employ\u00e9s \u00bb a-t-il d\u00e9plor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette situation intol\u00e9rable, les travailleurs ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de porter leur combat devant le Tribunal du Travail de Bamako. Confiants en la justice malienne pour faire respecter le droit et sanctionner ces abus ces jeunes bras valides fondent leur espoir sur les autorit\u00e9s de la Transition pour leur donner satisfaction dans cette crise sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Ces licenciements massifs ne sont pas seulement une catastrophe sociale, ils mettent \u00e9galement en p\u00e9ril la coh\u00e9sion et l\u2019image d\u2019un Mali qui aspire \u00e0 la justice et \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9 \u00bb a conclu M.
