Le gouvernement espagnol a approuv\u00e9 mardi un plan d\u2019urgence de 10,6 milliards d\u2019euros pour venir en aide aux habitants et entreprises affect\u00e9s par les inondations historiques et d\u00e9vastatrices qui ont ravag\u00e9 le sud-est du pays.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019investissement total de toutes ces premi\u00e8res mesures \u201d va d\u00e9passer les \u201d 10,6 milliards d\u2019euros\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, a annonc\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du gouvernement espagnol lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse, \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un Conseil des ministres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce premier plan d\u2019urgence comprend des aides directes ainsi que des all\u00e8gements fiscaux pour les entreprises et pour les particuliers, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 M. S\u00e1nchez, pr\u00e9cisant que ces aides b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront \u00e0 65.000 travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants et \u00e0 environ 30.000 entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le chef du gouvernement a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 une ligne de cr\u00e9dits de cinq milliards d\u2019euros pour les PME, les travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants et les familles, sur un mod\u00e8le \u201ctr\u00e8s similaire \u00e0 ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 fait pendant la pand\u00e9mie\u201d <\/em><\/strong>du Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019ex\u00e9cutif, qui a officiellement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 mardi l\u2019\u00e9tat de catastrophe naturelle dans les zones sinistr\u00e9es, s\u2019est par ailleurs engag\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre en charge \u201c100%\u201d des d\u00e9penses urgentes engag\u00e9es par les municipalit\u00e9s pour venir en aide \u00e0 leurs administr\u00e9s et d\u00e9blayer les rues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au-del\u00e0 de ces mesures d\u2019urgence, M. S\u00e1nchez a assur\u00e9 que le gouvernement travaillait sur un plan \u00e0 long terme pour la r\u00e9gion, incluant un plan de reconstruction des zones touch\u00e9es, mais aussi un plan de transformation, jug\u00e9 \u201cn\u00e9cessaire\u201d pour adapter la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 l\u2019urgence climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le bilan humain de ces inondations meurtri\u00e8res s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 218 morts, alors que la recherche des personnes port\u00e9es disparues se poursuit toujours.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
