{"id":16471,"date":"2024-01-06T21:51:58","date_gmt":"2024-01-06T20:51:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nandi.info\/?p=16471"},"modified":"2024-01-07T20:35:58","modified_gmt":"2024-01-07T19:35:58","slug":"guinee-interrogations-sur-une-tentative-de-putsch-contre-le-colonel-doumbouya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nandi.info\/?p=16471","title":{"rendered":"Guin\u00e9e : interrogations sur une tentative de putsch contre le colonel Doumbouya\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Les auteurs pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 graci\u00e9s par le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat guin\u00e9en.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la transition guin\u00e9enne, le colonel Mamadi Doumbouya a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime \u00abd\u2019une tentative de coup d\u2019Etat\u00bb, selon un reportage de la direction de la communication de la pr\u00e9sidence, diffus\u00e9 mercredi 2 janvier 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce reportage de 15 minutes, six individus dont un militaire sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant les auteurs et complices du putsch contre le r\u00e9gime du colonel Doumbouya, lui-m\u00eame arriv\u00e9 au pouvoir \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un coup de force contre le r\u00e9gime d\u2019Alpha Cond\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le capitaine Abdoulaye 2 Ciss\u00e9, membre du bataillon des troupes a\u00e9roport\u00e9es (BATA), ancienne garde pr\u00e9sidentielle sous Lansana Cont\u00e9, est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme le cerveau de ce \u00abcoup d\u2019Etat\u00bb d\u00e9jou\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir reconnu leur entreprise dite \u00abd\u00e9stabilisatrice\u00bb des institutions de la R\u00e9publique, ils ont obtenu la gr\u00e2ce pr\u00e9sidentielle alors qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la pr\u00e9sidence guin\u00e9enne, le capitaine Ciss\u00e9 qui est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme le cerveau devait avoir comme soutien, le capitaine Alia Camara, ex chef des op\u00e9rations des forces sp\u00e9ciales. Or, le capitaine Camara est arr\u00eat\u00e9 et d\u00e9tenu depuis le lendemain du 5 septembre 2021 pour des faits pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s \u00abde vol d\u2019argent\u00bb au palais S\u00e9koutour\u00e9yah, dans le sillage du coup d\u2019Etat contre Alpha Cond\u00e9.<strong><a
