Pour la 42e Conf\u00e9rence g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Organisation des Nations unies pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la science et la culture (Unesco), le d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Education nationale, \u00e0 travers la d\u00e9cision 0001760 du 10 ao\u00fbt 2023, avait dress\u00e9 une liste de 39 personnes pour repr\u00e9senter le Mali, \u00e0 charge pour chacune d\u2019elle de solliciter et obtenir un visa Schengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A l\u2019arriv\u00e9e, le constat est qu\u2019aucun des membres de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation nationale, hormis quatre personnes qui avaient un visa longue dur\u00e9e, n\u2019a pu obtenir le pr\u00e9cieux s\u00e9same. L\u2019ambassade de France, vu la tension qui r\u00e8gne entre nos deux pays, n\u2019a pas r\u00e9pondu favorablement aux sollicitations. Un autre pays de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, sollicit\u00e9 par les demandeurs, a oppos\u00e9 une fin de non-recevoir \u00e0 leur qu\u00eate. C\u2019est dire que les voyages en Europe pour les officiels maliens deviennent de plus en plus d\u00e9licats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Notons que la 42e Conf\u00e9rence g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Unesco se d\u00e9roule du 7 au 22 novembre 2023 \u00e0 Paris en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
